Return Policy

Our Print Guarantee:

 

Everything we sell is fully custom and backed by our print guarantee. If an item is not printed correctly as shown in the proof, we will reprint the items for you with the correct imprint or offer to keep the items received at a discount. 

 

Policies: 

 

Tech Items: If there are any issues on any units, our tech team will troubleshoot to fix the problem. If there are units that do not work properly, we will replace those units free of charge (within 30 days of purchase). 

 

Food Gifts: All food gift sales are final as we cannot reuse or resell these items. Sizes, dimensions and specs are located in the description in each product page. Once art is approved and order is in production, these items cannot be cancelled if production has begun.

Our holiday cut off this year was 12/7 including art approval. If art was approved after 12/7 or the order placed after 12/7,  these are likely to arrive between Christmas and New Years. Our cut off for quick ship food gifts was 12/12. All orders following that timeline from our quick ship category will likely arrive after Christmas. 

 

Drop Shipping: Drop shipping charges are for fulfillment and delivery charges that go directly to the respective carrier and cannot be refunded. Once the goods have shipped, all drop shipping charges are final. 

 

Christmas Shipping: Please note that due logistics issues with carriers due to the effect following COVID and the overwhelming amount of shipments being processed through USPS, UPS and FedEx this year, many delivery companies are delayed in their shipments. We will do everthing we can to ship all orders placed and approved by 12/7 to arrive before Christmas with standard shipping times however delivery companies are no longer guaranteeing delivery times this year and delays can occur. We do apologize if your items are received late this year and are doing everything we can to ensure timely arrival for your items.
